Paul Zerdin
Biography:
Paul Zerdin is a 48 year old born on the 21st of August 1972 who is a comedian and Ventriloquist from Great Britain. He was famous for being the winner of America’s Got Talents 10th season.
When Zerdin was 10, a family friend made him a puppet theatre which he used to put on many shows when he was younger since he failed his GCSE’s Zerdin got a job in a magic shop, which helps him develop his magic skills along the way. Eventually, he was also developing a sideline as a children's entertainer.

Zerdin made his Tv debut on BBC’s tricky Business as a magician. Shortly thereafter, at the age of 20, Zerdin landed a two year contract presenting the children’s programme Rise and Shine produced by Disney for GMTV.
Paul was the first outright winner of LWT’s The Great Big Talent Competition, presented by Jonathan Ross, with over 100,000 votes in 1996. The experience introduced him to Nigel Lythgoe, who took Zerdin under his wing, helping him to appear at shows such as Tonight at the London Palladium and Generation Game. He secured him a spot at the 1997 Prince’s Trust Gala Show.
In 2015, Zerdin auditioned for America’s Got Talent’s tenth season, successfully earning a spot in the contest’s live rounds, before finally winning the finals on 16 September 2015. Zerdin has been given his own headline show in Las Vegas, alongside winning 1 million. It ran for four months in 2016, between 14 May and 4 September, at Planet Hollywood, entitled “Mouthing off” before closing due to low attendance figure.
